Does my handbook carry over when I move from Free to the Family plan?
Yes. Everything you have written stays exactly where it is. You simply get more room, and the rest of the family can join.
What are AI credits?
Credits pay for the AI help that does the heavier work. Transcribing a recording uses 1 credit for every 5 minutes. Translating a page, tidying it up, shaping it, restoring a photo, or pulling text from a photo each use 1 credit. Suggesting questions is always free. The Family plan comes with 50 credits a month, which reset on the 1st of each month, Singapore time. Unused credits don't carry over, and extra credits can't be bought. Transcribing and translating are part of the Family plan.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the year you have paid for, then does not renew. Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying a new plan, and we will refund you in full, even if you have already used your included workshop. After 14 days, we can't give partial refunds. We also email you 7 days before each yearly renewal.
What happens if our Family plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Everyone can still read the handbook and download everything. You can keep writing in one Family Handbook; any others become read-only, and the rest of the family can read but not add. AI credits stop. If you are using more than 500 MB, you can still write text but can't upload new photos, voice or video. Renew any time and everything comes back straight away.
Can I give the Family plan as a gift?
Yes. Buy a year of the Family plan for another family, and they get a code to start their Family Handbook.
How do I book my included online workshop?
Once you join the Family plan, you can pick a workshop date from the app.
